- Mostly, our offer include everthing support freeze dryer running, No need buy extra equipment, No hidden cost.
- Due sea shipping restrict, fluid medium cannot send to you, which means they are not include in the offer, e.g: compressor and vacuum pump oil, refrigerant, shelves recycle medium.
- Some auxiliary facility may also not include in the offer, e.g.: Steam heating system, the steam generator and pipes not include in our offer, Condenser defrosting water tanks need build underground.
- Introduce electric and water to freeze dryer machinery room, prepare sewage system in freeze dryer machinery room.
- For split system freeze dryer(e.g. FD-30R or larger), water and steam gas pipes will underground, electric cables and system pipes will will hang on workshop roof, user need pre-build ground groove or roof support facility.
- All our freeze dryer provide 12 months full warranty, we also provide extra long warranty of 2 years, 5 years and 10 years, please contact sales people ask cost different.
- Lab and pilot models always have stock? <15days rapid delivery.
- Industrial models need longer time: 60 to 120days as per quantity.
- Bank transfer or Letter of Credit.
- 40% deposit, 60% before shipment.
- FOB, CFR, CIF is prefer.
- Sea shipping.
- Small lab/pilot models pack in plywood case.
- Larger models need sea container or flat rack.
- We could arrange shipment to your nearest sea port.
- All models could be install by our engineers.
- For lab/ pilot models delivery with plug-in condition, customer also could install by themself.
- Industrial models need our engineer team assist install, worker training.
- We provide worry-free after sale services, and we have procedures help you quick trouble shooting, reduce your lose.
- Once machine have problem, carefully check monitor/PC or anywhere abnormal, Check user manual if there have an indication or solution, contact us and detail description the problems.
- We will give professional technical support to find out the failure in time and offer solving method, it will helpful and quickest if your engineer can fix it, if serious problem that we direct send engineers to your factory.
- In warranty, all cost will bear by us, out of warranty, customer need pay.
